من نحن

PSN SOUQ متجر مصري مستقل لبيع المنتجات الرقمية الخاصة بأجهزة PlayStation: بطاقات PSN، اشتراكات PS Plus، وحسابات ألعاب رقمية. إحنا مش تابعين لشركة Sony Interactive Entertainment ولا لـ PlayStation، وكل العلامات التجارية ملك أصحابها.

المنتجات وأنواع الحسابات

  • بطاقات PSN واشتراكات PS Plus: أكواد رقمية بتتفعّل على حسابك حسب منطقة الحساب. لازم تختار المنطقة الصح قبل الشراء.
  • Secondary: بتلعب من حساب المتجر على أي PS4 أو PS5، ولازم الجهاز يكون متصل بالإنترنت وأنت بتلعب.
  • Primary PS4 / Primary PS5: بتفعّل الحساب كأساسي على جهازك وتلعب من اليوزر الشخصي بتاعك أونلاين أو أوفلاين.
  • Full Account: الحساب كله بيبقى معاك بالإيميل والباسورد.

حسابات Secondary و Primary حسابات مشتركة. ممنوع تغيير الإيميل أو الباسورد أو بيانات الحساب، أو تسجيل الدخول على أجهزة غير اللي اتفقنا عليها، أو مشاركة البيانات مع حد تاني. مخالفة ده بتلغي الضمان.

الأسعار والدفع

كل الأسعار بالجنيه المصري. الدفع حاليًا يدويًا عن طريق إنستاباي أو المحافظ الإلكترونية (فودافون كاش، اتصالات كاش، أورنج كاش، WE Pay). الطلب بيتأكد بعد ما نستلم صورة التحويل ونراجع المبلغ.

التسليم

التسليم رقمي على واتساب (أو الإيميل) غالبًا خلال دقائق من تأكيد الدفع، وفي أوقات الضغط ممكن ياخد لحد ساعتين. تفاصيل أكتر في صفحة التسليم والدفع.

الضمان والاستبدال

الحسابات عليها ضمان ٦ شهور من تاريخ التسليم ضد مشاكل الحساب اللي مش بسببك. التفاصيل في سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع.

تنبيه مهم

شركة Sony بتحدد شروط استخدام حساباتها وممكن تقيّد أي حساب. إحنا بنقدّم ضمان الاستبدال علشان نحميك من ده خلال فترة الضمان.

Who we are

PSN SOUQ is an independent Egyptian store selling digital products for PlayStation consoles: PSN gift cards, PS Plus subscriptions and digital game accounts. We are not affiliated with Sony Interactive Entertainment or PlayStation; all trademarks belong to their owners.

Products and account types

  • PSN cards and PS Plus: digital codes redeemed on your account according to its region. Choose the right region before buying.
  • Secondary: you play from the store account on any PS4 or PS5; the console must be online while playing.
  • Primary PS4 / Primary PS5: you activate the account as primary on your console and play from your own profile, online or offline.
  • Full Account: the whole account (email and password) is handed to you.

Secondary and Primary accounts are shared. Changing the email, password or account details, signing in on other consoles than agreed, or sharing the details voids the guarantee.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Egyptian pounds. Payment is currently manual via InstaPay or mobile wallets (Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash, Orange Cash, WE Pay). An order is confirmed once we receive and check the transfer screenshot.

Delivery

Delivery is digital on WhatsApp (or email), usually within minutes of payment confirmation and up to two hours at busy times. See Delivery & Payment.

Guarantee and replacement

Accounts carry a 6 months guarantee from delivery against account problems not caused by you. See the Refund & Replacement Policy.

Important notice

Sony sets the terms of use for its accounts and may restrict any account. Our replacement guarantee protects you against that during the guarantee period.
